Local Pick Up

Free local pickup is available in Conception Bay South by appointment. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a Ready for Pickup email with instructions to contact us and arrange a pickup time.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to eligible addresses within our delivery radius including Conception Bay South, Paradise, Mount Pearl, St. John’s, and the surrounding metro area. Enter your address at checkout to see whether it’s within our delivery radius. If it is, Local Delivery will appear as an option along with the delivery fee.

We typically make local deliveries once every 1–2 weeks. Delivery days vary, so we’re unable to guarantee a specific day.

Shipping within Canada

We offer free shipping within Canada on orders $150 or more.
Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
We prepare orders for shipment within 2–7 business days of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. This processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time shown at checkout, which begins once your order has shipped.
We’ll email you tracking information once your order is ready to ship.

U.S. orders

U.S. orders ship from Newfoundland, Canada. Shipping paid at checkout does not include U.S. import duties, taxes, or carrier brokerage and clearance fees. These charges vary by order and are the customer’s responsibility. The carrier may ask you to pay them before your package is released or delivered.
