We offer free local pick up, delivery or shipping options at checkout.

SHIPPING

We ship Canada wide via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. 

All orders over $150 CAD qualify for free shipping. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer local delivery for a small delivery fee throughout the St. John's & metro area. 

We deliver once a week with delivery days varying week to week.

After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation and a notification once your order is out for delivery.

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick-up is available at checkout. Once your order is ready you will receive a pickup notification and detailed instructions to pick up your order!
