JAR RETURN INFORMATION
Get rewarded for returning your jar!
2 OPTIONS:
1. Receive a $1 credit for every jar returned to use toward a future purchase.
2. Receive a credit for a free 8 oz candle for 12 jars returned at one time.
*The 12 jars must be collected by you and returned at the same time to recieve a free 8 oz candle*
RETURNING YOUR EMPTY JAR(S)
When you’ve finished your candle, simply drop off the jar as it is—no cleaning needed! Our natural coconut soy wax blend is soft and easy to clean, so we’ll take care of that for you. Returned jars are reused for our next batch of candles, helping us reduce waste together.
We only accept unbroken jars with their lids.
WHERE TO RETURN YOUR EMPTY CANDLE JARS
When you are ready to return your empty candle jar(s) you can return your jar to the following locations:
- Our home studio in Conception Bay South (please email us to arrange a drop off | hello@forestandbrooks.com
- Any local market we attend. See our upcoming markets: here
- The Artisan Loft | 166 Water Street, St. John's.
When you drop off your empty candle jar to any location please include your name and email with the jar so we can send you your store credit.
We only accept unbroken jars with their lids.
Please note: credits for returned jars are valid for online purchases only, and cannot be used in store.
