At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases.
However, if something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re always here to help.
If your item arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your candle, please reach out to us at hello@forestandbrooks.com within 7 days of delivery.
When emailing, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the product
We’ll review your request and work with you to make it right. This may include troubleshooting, a replacement, or another appropriate solution.
Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, variations can occur and are part of what makes each piece unique.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind
- Burn performance can vary depending on care and environment — we’re always happy to help troubleshoot
- All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
